Ms. Harasti has an active business and commercial practice focusing on business dispute resolution, litigation and organization; reviewing contracts, leases, proposals, and employee handbooks; advising on employment matters, intellectual property, collections, bankruptcy, and administrative/regulatory matters Ms. Harasti has been actively involved in all phases of trial preparation and trial of cases in state and federal court since admission to the Maryland Bar on December 18, 1991.
